Innovative Teacher!

Looking at the question of what constitutes an innovative teacher, a number of keywords come into my head:

I-dentify
N-otice
N-ecessary
O-pen-minded
V-ariety
A-ttitude
T-ime
I-mprove
V-arious
E-xperience

For me, makes an innovative teacher that he is always up to date. In addition, the teachers have to deal with new methods and techniques. But what is most important is that they have to identify to their own teacher personality, so that they are credible to the students. They also need to see the growing progress to implement this at all. This does not mean that progress always attract positive results with it. Even old proven methods and techniques have their advantages, but they must fit to the specific area and may not be outdated. Sometimes it is necessary to adapt these advances, so quality teaching can occur. It is very important that teachers are open to new ideas. A mix of different methods make up varied lessons, but the attitude of the teacher must be accordingly. However, if you put time into new insights and methods, this will provide new opportunities to enhance the teaching content . Each individual should decide for themselves how innovative teaching should look like, but you should try new things and prove yourself often. With new experiences, whether they were good or bad, you know what is appropriate for innovative teaching. Now, to end with a quote from one of the James Bond movies ... Age does not mean efficiency and youth is not necessarily innovative.
