21st century requires to know
EVERTYTHING, to be good at EVERYTHING. But is it possible? No.. There are a
lot of people who try to do their best and try to be better than they were
yesterday.. One of them is teacher. The teacher who step by step tries to reach
perfection, in my opinion, is an innovative teacher.
Evertything is included in one person, in innovative teacher.
Problem solving, knowing ICT, class management, collaboration, synthesis
between theory and practise, microclimate in the class, creativity. Every
teacher could ask themselves: Am I good at these things? In my opinion, nuobody
could say „I am good at it“, but everyone must say „I will try to be better“.
Thomas Edison said: „There's a way to do
it better - find it", so repeat this phrase 9 times and try to do something in 10th time. It will
work.
